“Pursuant to the Chamber’s order, the Prosecution has removed all references to Incident 57 in the Trial Brief and replaced them with ‘[DELETED]’ in order to retain cross-references,” saad sa dokumento.

“References to Incident 57 have also been removed from Annexes C.1 and C.2 of the Trial Brief,” dagdag dito.

“Prerogative po ‘yan ng defense to file demurrer to evidence, which means they are challenging the evidence which have been presented already by the prosecution on the ground of being weak. But I think the Filipino people were able to witness the evidence presented by the prosecution panel,” saad ni lead prosecutor at Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro

“On the contrary, they are strong, clear, convincing. So for me, I do not see the ground for filing a demurrer to evidence. Bagaman Congressman Joel Chua already expressed his challenge to the defense in filing one against the evidence of the prosecution,” dagdag pa ng mambabatas. (Bernard Taguinod)
