Chasing Red out in bookstores September 5th!
Winnipeger Isabelle Ronin’s fame as a full-fledged writer started after she self-published her story on multiplatform entertainment venue Wattpad. Wattpad is a popular global site among online writers and readers where one can share original stories, get reviews, share comments and post multimedia.
Isabelle’s romance story Chasing Red has been popular garnering over 130 million reads and has even made it to the top as one of the most-read stories of 2016.
Due to Chasing Red’s popularity online, Sourcebooks, a US based leading independent book publisher, acquired the worldwide English rights to Isabelle’s novel. It comes out in two volumes. Chasing Red is out in bookstores this Sept 5th while Always Red comes November 7, 2017.

Chasing Red follows the love story of college student Veronica Stafford and notorious basketball player Caleb Lockhard. Synopsis says “Intensely drawn to her, Caleb wants something for the first time in his life and pursues her. But Veronica’s painful past is catching up to her, and her heart might just be the one thing Caleb can’t win.”
Chasing Red has mature content and is available in ebook and paperback on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, iBooks and Google Play. It earned a great following that got some reader fanatics clamoring to put the story into a movie. Some even made video trailers and music videos out of it.
In an interview with CKJS 810 AM Radio, Isabelle also mentioned that her book will also be published in French, German, Spanish and Italian.
Born and raised in Pampanga Philippines, Isabelle said her knock for writing started when she was in high school. She thanks everyone, especially her family for supporting her in achieving her dream. She encourages those who love to write to follow their passion.
Isabelle describes herself as “lover of belly laughs and snorts” and usually hangs out in bookstores, coffee shops, karaoke parties or at the beach when it’s not frozen solid.
