Prize Info:
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. If not accepted as awarded, the Prize will be considered null and void. Prizes may not be sold or transferred. Prizes may not be substituted or converted to cash, except by CKJS as indicated below. CKJS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value, whether in cash or otherwise if a prize cannot be awarded as described. CKJS , however, will not be responsible if weather conditions, event cancellations, or other factors beyond their reasonable control prevent the Prize or any part of the Prize from being fulfilled. In any such event, winners will not be provided with a substitute or cash equivalent for the Prize or any such part of the Prize.

 

What do I need to bring?
Any form of VALID government-issued photo identification.

 

Can a friend or family member pick up my prize?
Regretfully, the declared official winner must claim their prize with a copy of your ID.

 

When can I win again?
You and the members of your household are eligible to win after 60 days for daily prizes ($50.00-$500). Prizes valued at $500-$5000.00, you are eligible to win after 2 years.

 

How long do I have to pick up my prize?
You have 30 days to claim your prize from the date of your win. If you are not able to claim your prize within the 30-day time frame, please phone the receptionist and arrangements will be made to hold the prize for up to 1 week only. If you do not make an official arrangement with reception or promotions, your prize will be forfeited.
Please ensure that you always call reception at (204) 477-1221 to make sure your prize is available at the time you wish to pick it up. These rules are subject to change with notice from the station. Some restrictions apply. Winners will be notified by telephone.

 

Can you mail my prize to me?
Unfortunately, CKJS 810 AM cannot mail prizes.

• If an event (concert, movie screening etc.) is cancelled, CKJS  is not responsible for substituting a prize or refunding any costs incurred by the prize winner.
• For Movie Premiers – All seating for CKJS  movie premieres is on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive early to ensure your admission.
