After two years without a cruise ship amid pandemic, the Port of Vancouver in British Columbia welcomed the giant cruise ship Koningsdam this weekend.
The 975 feet long ship carries 2,650 passengers with 1,036 crew and sginals the return of port tourism economy in the province.
“This is an exciting time for our economy; the cruise ship industry brings in more than $4 billion each year and generates approximately 30,000 jobs for Canadians”. according to Federal Minister of Transport Omar Alghabra.
