Zumba®Yanihan Spreads Love

One heart, One love, One dance.

It was   Zumba®  fever on the dance  floor as the dance fitness craze   brought together  sets  of   hundreds of  happy feet in an  evening of  grooving  and sweating  at the  Zumba®Yanihan sa Winnipeg held  Sept 9, 2017  at  the North Sinclair Community Centre.

Zumba®Yanihan”  (unity and cooperation through Zumba®)  is   a fundraising  event  spearheaded by    Zumba®  Instructor (ZIN)  and CKJS Announcer Lucille Nolasco  and friend  ZIN  Rhiz Aco in  support of   Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba.

Event oganizers Lucille Nolasco, Rhyz Aco and Ray R Reyes present a cheque of two thousand dollars as donation to the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba on Thursday, Sept 21, 2017.

Together   with  their  other  fellow ZINs,   they came up with a  90-minute Zumba®  masterclass  with  music ranging from reggae,  merengue, salsa, samba,  pop or hiphop.

CKJS Radio Announcer Chester Pangan shared the fun of the evening as he formally  opened the  event  and  joined  ZINs Lucille and Rhiz  on stage for the  high energy  warm up.

The event also serves as  Lucille’s  celebration  for   her first year  of  spreading  Zumba®  love as a certified  instructor.   She personally picks children as beneficiary being very fond of them.

“All together we can be as ONE! These words from a  Zumba®  song couldn’t be more true at   the event.  People from different backgrounds and influences came together to support children in need, and of course to promote health and wellness”,  Lucille shared as she  and Rhiz   thank everyone who  supported the  event.

Happy Anniversary ZIN Lucille!   Hats off to you, ZIN Rhiz and  all  the volunteers and supporters  who worked hand in hand with you  to come up with such a fun and meaningful event!

Keep spreading Zumba® Love, love love!
