ENTERTAINMENT: Aga Muhlach, Bea Alonzo movie shoots in Canada

The cameras have rolled for Philippines ultimate leading man Aga Muhlach and award-winning actress Bea Alonzo who finally teamed up for a big screen union this year.

The pair apparently started  filming  in  Vancouver  suburb in British Columbia, Canada since  June 11 with   character names Nick and Ali.

The yet untitled  movie is directed by filmmaker Paul Soriano,

A Filipino-Canadian  living in Burnaby,  Jamie Del Rosario shared some photos on  social media of her sightings of  Bea  while being  filmed   in a  coffeee shop in Vancouver.
“Bea is approachable.  She did not act like a “Diva”- unlike other popular stars.  I requested for a photo with her and she willingly posed,” Jamie  shared.
In this upcoming movie, Bea has a new  and shorter  hair cut  with  bangs.   She once mentioned in interviews that she is playing the role of   a “charming girl”  with a  different character but with whom she can relate.

Finch’s Tea & Coffee House in Pender Street, downtown Vanvouver — apparently one of the locations used in the yet untitled movie of Bea and Aga

Jamie, a self-confessed  Aga  fanatic made her way also  to locate her idol  in another shooting location.
Aside from Aga and Bea,   Jamie also spotted Director Paul and another co-star  Albie Casino.
Albie  became popular after starring in the hit remake of Mara Clara alongside Julia Montes.

This  romantic  movie which is hopefully another blockbuster   is  Aga’s next project after his   big movie comeback  Seven Sundays” in  2017.

His performance gained him the Actor of the Year award at the recently concluded Star Awards for Movies.

Meanwhile, Bea’s  film “Kasal” co-starring Derek Ramsay and Paulo Avelino is currently hitting it big in cinemas.

Director Paul has made a name  for his multi-awarded film “Siargao” at last year’s Metro Manila Film Festival.
