An event called  “Philippine Night”  will take place in  Daniel Mcyntire School, 6PM on June 8  to be presented by the Seven Oaks Filipino Employees Association (SOFEA).

Another  flag raising ceremony takes place on June 9 at the Philppine Canadian Centre of Manitoba.

Other events include a tribute to grandparents,  cultural Exchange: Filipino and Chinese Communities, celebration of faith,  a formal  ball and a  community picnic at the park for newcomers on August 25.
