Finest Filipino cuisine at FOOD-O-RAMA


Come hungry this weekend at the most delectable event in the city. Happening  August 6 and 7, 2016 — FOOD-O-RAMA: A Taste of  Culinary expertise will showcase the best Pinoy dishes, and desserts along with an  aray  of   food trucks, restaurants  and display of  culinary expertise.






Staring at  12 noon (lunch time) for both Saturday and Sunday at the PCCM Grounds.  Register to join boodle fight or balut-eating contest for our non-Filipino friends. There is food tasting, videoke showdown, Pinoy games, cooking demo, cooking contest and everything FOOD.    The event brings together  finest chef and cook of Manitoba led by  Masterchef Canada’s  finalist Jeremy Senaris and Chef John Feliciano.


The Philippine Canadian Centre of Manitoba  (PCCM)   and Asian Community Guide (ACG) work together to bring this very unique experience for food lovers in the city for the first time.  In cooperation with Aksyon ng Kabataan, the two-day event will also showcase some of the popular local Filipino games that are close to the  hearts of every  child who grew up in the Philippines.


The event was officially launched at the Northwest Coop Centre on  May 27th, 2016.    The two day festivities will run  August 6 to 7,  from 12 noon  to 9 pm at the   PCCM grounds (737 Keewatin St.) with  indoor events (cooking demos)  on Sunday at the NorWest Coop Community Food Centre (103-61 Tyndall Ave.)
