Filipino Street Festival draws big crowd in Dowtown Winnipeg

    Thousands  of people gathered along Memorial Avenue last Saturday, August 20th, 2016  to celebrate the Winnipeg Filipino Street Festival.   The festival kicked off with a parade in the morning showing  colorful decorated floats and street cultural performances.
